Adding Assessment Participants

Metolius Enterprise allows uploading organizational hierarchies and pre-populating demographic responses to streamline survey setup and participation.

These features help establish managerial relationships within an organization, allowing for data filtering based on these hierarchies. Additionally, it saves the participant time not having to answer those questions when known demographic data is pre-populated. The process involves downloading a template, inputting data, and uploading it back to Metolius.
