Learn how to add users to the Metolius system, enabling access to survey tools and data analysis features for effective collaboration.
NOTE: Users and Participants are different:
Users are your companions in using Metolius to achieve your survey goals. Participants are those you invite to take your surveys.
Adding Users is done through the Username menu at the top right hand corner of the Metolius web app.
1) Click on the username menu and select Admin Management. Within this process you will need to determine the Admin Access Level your new user should have. Each type and their description are listed below.
2) On the Admin Management page, Click Add User3) On the Add User dialog box, fill in the required information.
Username - Best practice is to use the email address of the User.
Alias Name - An alpha-numeric sequence of your choice. Must have five characters minimum.
Email ID - The Users email address
Role - Select from the following:
- Enterprise Admin: has full access to application across all companies created for their account, including assessment building and editing, assigning and deploying, as well as analyzing assessment results. An Enterprise Admin can add and delete all users in all companies.
- Company Admin: has full access to application within their assigned company, including assessment building and editing, assigning and deploying, as well as analyzing assessment results. A Company Admin can add and delete all users in their company except Enterprise Admins.
- Company Analyst: Limited access to view and analyze assessment results only for their assigned company. No assessment editing capabilities.
- Company Support User: Limited access to assign and deploy assessments to participants only for their assigned company. No assessment editing capabilities.
4) Click the Add button.
NOTE: You will only be able to add the roles your subscription plan allows.
