How to Create an Intelligent Report Template

IR templates are a starting point and the place to collect the widgets you think you will use the most in your report building. IR Widgets can always be added during report creation.

Setup

1) Bring your cursor to the Intelligent Reports menu item on the main navigation bar, and select Create Template from the dropdown menu.

2) On the following page click on the Create Template button.

3) On the following page, give your template a name in the text box, select the company whose assessment and data you are working with, and the assessment the data will be coming from, and click the Create Template button.

4) Click OK

5) On the following page, click the plus sign to add an IR widget, choosing from the drop-down menu that opens.  To read about each widget start with this article.

6) To change the order of the widgets, click on the double arrow button and when the Move Widget dialog box opens, drag and drop the order of the widgets to your preference and click Save at the bottom of the window. Click Close if you do not wish to make any changes.

7) Once you have added all the widgets needed, Click Save Report. 

Now you can begin to create a report using the report generator.
