A word cloud is an effective visual representation tool that highlights the most commonly used words or phrases from open-ended survey responses.
NOTE: The Report Generator produces reports from templates created by the user; Therefore, you MUST have a template created before producing a report with the Report Generator. To be present in a report, a widget must:
- Exist in a report template, or it can be
- Added to a report while being created with the Report Generator

Purpose
- Identifying Key Themes: Quickly surfaces prominent themes or topics mentioned by respondents, helping to distill large volumes of text into digestible insights.

Setup
1) To set up the Word Cloud, click the control panel icon to open the widget control panel.
2) Once the control panel opens, add a title and subtitle to the word cloud chart. The title can be relevant to the section of the survey the Word Cloud is reporting on and the subtitle be the question actual question the Word Cloud represents.
3) Select the question the Word Cloud will display.
4) Select the participants whose answers will be included in the Word Cloud display.
5) Select visual effects of the Word Cloud.
6) Click save to view your results.
