Surveys in List View with an Actionable Menu 📸

Discover efficient survey management from a list view that includes an actionable menu, streamlining operations for easy navigation and execution of tasks.

  1. In the left navigation sidebar, expand the Survey menu, and click on Manage Surveys.
  2. From the Manage Surveys page you can take action on your survey from a list view. This view can be filtered and sorted.

    If you are an Enterprise plan user, select a Company from the dropdown menu. The Company dropdown menu will be fixed to your company with all other plans.
  3. From the top right you can use the Create New Survey and Clone from Existing to take these actions from this page.
  4. If you have surveys scheduled, you can access the Schedule Log to change or delete a schedule. 
  5. To view your surveys, select a Status button from across the top. The default status when you land on the Manage Surveys page is All.  The status definitions are as follows:
    1. Design-The assessment is being created. Survey settings are being determined, and outcomes, intentions, and questions are being added. 
    2. Unassign - The assessment is published but no users have been assigned to take it. 
    3. Active - The assessment is published, and responses are actively being collected from the users assigned to take it.
    4. Pause - The response collection process of an Active survey can be paused.
    5. Closed -survey that are no longer collecting responses.
  6. The assessment list below provides the following info:
    1. Sequence Number
    2. Name - The name of the assessment.
    3. Created By -This allows you to know which user created the assessment.
    4. Created - The date the assessment was created.
    5. Modified - The date the assessment was last modified.
    6. Questions - The number of questions the assessment contains.
    7. Participants - The number of users assigned to the assessment.
    8. Responses - The number of responses the assessment has received.
    9. Status -The assessment status, see list above for each status meaning.
    10. Action - Actions you can take on the assessment from this menu.
  7. The Action Menu (see inset) allows you to take certain actions on the assessment from this menu:
    1. Assign Survey - This action brings you to the Assign and Send page where you can assign your Active survey to its intended participants.
    2. Create Schedule - Once your survey is published and assigned, you can assign it to go out on a schedule.
    3. Progress Report - This shows how the users are progressing with the assessment.
    4. Question Setup - This brings you to the question setup page to add outcome(s), intentions, and questions to the assessment.
    5. Audit Trail - Shows all the actions taken on the assessment as of its creation date.
    6. Save to Resources - This allows you to save the assessment to your resources.
    7. Pause - Pause an active assessment from collecting responses. The menu will show the Continue option if an assessment is paused.
    8. Close - Closes the assessment for response collection. IMPORTANT: This action cannot be reversed.
